I hope everyone is doing well, let me know how you are doing, if you didn't already - the next weigh in is 7 days away - aside from the big loser prize next week, everyone that weighs in below 95% gets a special prize. Good Luck!!!!!

This two week "grace period" has been a good thing, at least for me. Having been "watching my weight" for the better part of the last 50 years I think 95% of people's success or failure is "in your head". Sometimes we just have to have the time to shift our consciousness to a different way of living. So far this week I've been able to get back where I was the week before and lose another half pound, too. Doesn't sound like much, but for my age and height, it's enough to keep me going toward my goal. Feel free to put this in the blog, if you wish.

How is everyone doing? We are about half way through the first week of this two week stretch. Send me an email if you can with your progress. I have found it helpful to keep an eye on the scale throughout the week. Otherwise, you step on the scale on Sunday morn and say "shit, I am one hundred percent again" Don't forget to diet and exercise too, otherwise you will not only not lose weight you will gain back what you lost in the first few weeks.

This competition has been going about 2.5 months so you should be pretty close to the lowest weight you have been in a long time, even if you have been going up and down a little bit in last few weeks. Try to be your lowest weight in years for the March 29th weigh in. If you can get there I think you can find the motivation to keep going.

Or just send me an email letting me know you are dropping out and want to gain your weight back.

OK, you have two weeks to lose some weight. No weigh in next week. Also, we are going back to our original day 1 (Jan 4) weight. The leaders were in the very low 90's a couple weeks ago, but you all have two weeks to catch up, and the weather's getting warmer so get out there and do something!

March 29th is the next weigh in, I will need your %'s of your original, Day One weight, by NOON on the 29th. Good luck!!!

I won this week, but only 3 people responded with %'s. We'll try something different for the next week. Anyone have any suggestions? I think people are still interested but just not losing anything or losing motivation or something. Let me know what you think.

Weak!!!! I didn't get one % reported, not even my own. Time to step it up people!! Let's start it all over again. Weigh yourself at any time today and this will be your NEW original weight.
