OK, this is my first blog, so just trying to figure it out right now. Talked to most of you today about the O'Donnell Biggest Loser contest we are going to have on a weekly basis begining Sunday January 4th. Here is how it works. Sometime on Sunday Jan 4th you get a scale and record your weight(privately), the following Saturday(Jan 11th) let us know the % of your original weight that you have lost. The biggest loser is the weekly winner.

I have a lot more ideas I am working on, such as awards for the weekly winner, sharing light recipes, actually making giant batches of food that you think are good for a diet and dropping off at Mom's or something.

Hope to get the whole family motivated for dieting and exercise.
